Bread Against Misery is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that aims to offer new perspectives for young people, whose future has been hampered by hunger, poverty and unemployment.
In order to achieve this, the foundation focuses on a concept with long-term effects by building bakeries.
Young people and young adults are trained in the bakery trade by expert bakers from Germany who work in an honorary function.
They learn how to make typical breads and cakes. Also, they receive classes in arithmetic, writing and training in the fundamental principles of administration.
Together, we can provide these young people with a future as well as alleviate misery and long-term destitution.
Part of the bread produced in the bakeries is given to the needy, but it also sells successfully. The objective of the bakeries is to be financially independent in the long term based on their profits and ensure their economic future.
